Pre-Construction Provide Pre-Construction budget, scheduling, itemized cost estimates, and phasing recommendations for the project. Present “value engineering” analysis with cost saving ideas and estimates for your review and approval. Prepare cost comparisons for product type, construction methods, and interior finishes for your review and approval. Participate and attend meetings as needed. Construction Complete project management, site supervision and administrative support as required to completely deliver your project on time and under budget	Prepare a construction schedule in sufficient detail to define the entire Project duration. Provide bidding services to solicit receive and award contracts for the construction of the Project. Arrange for the construction of the Project, including providing staff, as necessary, to plan, manage, and coordinate the activities of the contractors. Provide assistance to you and the sub-contractors in obtaining any required permits and approvals. Maintain, update and submit the Schedule with each payment application. Conduct Project meetings during construction phase and issue minutes in sufficient detail to allow you to monitor the status of the Project.
