The scope of work for this project is the construction of a new church facility utilizing a warehouse type structure to maximize space for the church on a minimum budget. This project is approximately 65% complete. R.A. Connelly, Inc. involvement is as a Construction Management Owner’s Representative on a fee basis when required.
