Renovations to Carrier Annex Renovation of an existing 27,000 sf occupied facility. Work requirements included moving owner’s equipment, demolition, framing and drywall, fire alarm, CCTV system, exterior canopy, landscape, parking lot renovations, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring, painting, and a two bay recessed truck dock. R.A. Connelly, Inc. was retained as the General Contractor for this project. Faced with the challenge of working within an occupied building, R.A. Connelly, Inc. stepped up to the task and completed the project in January 2008 without any interruptions.
