New Carrier Annex 2009 R.A. Connelly, Inc. was retained as the General Contractor to build the New 7,275 sf Carrier Annex for the United States Postal Service. The work requirements included sitework, landscaping, paving, foundations, concrete slab, masonry, structural steel, framing, millwork, roofing, doors, storefront glass, drywall, ceilings, painting, flooring, loading dock, data communications, fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The project was completed ahead of schedule in May of 2009.
