The work consisted of selective demolition, new roof top mechanical units, walls, ceiling, carpet, lighting, data cabling, fire alarm system, electrical service, curtain wall, cabinetry, and millwork. R.A. Connelly, Inc. was the General Contractor of the project and had a Lump Sum Contract.
