This project consists of the new construction of 4 separate Commercial/Retail Buildings of 7,360 sq ft each. R.A. Connelly, Inc. was retained as the Design/Build Contractor for this project. The project was completed in December 2007. R.A. Connelly, Inc. was responsible for the complete design, township site plan approvals, state and local permits, and full construction and build out of each tenant space for each building.
